"When I practice my dance exercises at home, Janie likes to totally involve herself with the parts of my body that are being stretched the most.

It's like when I stretch my muscles I give off a kind of energy or vibration that she gets some kind of benefit from.

If I lie on the floor and stretch out my arms she'll rub the side of her head all along them, especially at the joints.

I think it's probably why cats like rubbing against our legs when we're standing, because then our legs are under tension and emanating energy.

I energize with Janie by rolling about on the floor and consciously stretching lots of different muscles for her to interact with. She runs from one muscle group to another and it's just like we're dancing. Afterwards we both feel great and often fall asleep together."
