"Our cat, Puggly, is eight years old and dances with himself in the mirror.

We first noticed him doing this when he was two years old and thought he was just playing with his own reflection.
But he doesn't jump up at himself like other cats do with mirrors, he just stands there, holding himself against the mirror and sort of sways from side to side and purrs like he's doing a slow waltz.

He likes slow music too, especially the second part of Enya's "Pan Deorum" and David Parson's "Freeline."

He won't dance with me or my mother when we try to dance behind him so that he's sort of dancing with our reflections.

He stops straight away as soon as he notices us. When it comes to dancing, he's just totally into himself."
